Andrew Beghou

Andrew was born and raised in Winnetka. After graduating from Indiana University Andrew moved to Chicago and lived in Lakeview, Gold Coast, and River North for 8 years. While living in Chicago Andrew met his wife and they decided to buy a home in Wilmette in 2020 before they had a family because they love the North Shore. Andrew previously worked in sales, as an equity analyst, Director of Analyst Research, and as an independent trader for over 10 years.

Andrew’s passion for markets sparked a passion for real estate. As a prior resident of multiple Chicago neighborhoods, and as a resident of the north shore, Andrew is knowledgeable about his community. That, paired with his skills for communication, negotiation, research, 24/7 responsiveness, and an understanding of markets allows him to connect with buyers and sellers to provide them with exceptional service.

Lauren Beghou

Lauren is a Michigan State Spartan who fell in love with the North Shore when meeting Andrew's family, who are longtime Winnetka residents. With a background in home organizing and finance, Lauren offers a unique skill set that sets her apart from other agents. She has a keen eye for design, which is helpful to sellers when they need to stage their homes and to buyers when they need help envisioning how they can turn a house into their dream home.

A resident of Wilmette, Lauren Beghou enjoys everything the North Shore has to offer from beaches to restaurants to shopping. Lauren is the consummate organizer. Her hobbies include tennis, yoga, running, and exploring Downtown Chicago. She and Andrew live with their rescue dog, Domino. Animal rescue is among Lauren’s passions and she volunteers at a local animal shelter.
